Patient Care

Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art care for musculoskeletal problems and empower our patients to be in charge of their recovery.

We believe it is important for our patients to be an active partner in their treatment program from discussing options to participating in their rehabilitation.

Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day and seven days a week for all emergencies. If you are having problems that require speaking to a physician not during normal business hours, please call (229) 228-2000 and the hospital will page the physician on call.

Office Hours/Appointments

Our offices are open generally between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please see the specific office location information to confirm the hours of operation. Patients are seen by appointment only.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments should be cancelled within 24 hours to allow other patients an opportunity to be seen.


Patients’ requests for prescription refills are handled in a timely manner. Requests for prescription refills received prior to 3:00 p.m. are addressed the same day; prescription refills received after 3:00 p.m. are addressed the following business day. For refills, call your pharmacy and your pharmicist will submit a refill request.

Record Changes

If you are an established patient, please let us know if you have new information concerning your insurance or personal information such as your address, phone number, or place of employment. We will update our records accordingly. See privacy rule concerning your health information.

Insurance and Billing

We do submit insurance claims for our patients. It is important that you have your correct insurance information at the time of your appointment and to notify our staff if your insurance coverage changes anytime during your care at TOC. For detailed information about insurance & billing, click here.
